Returns and Warranty
Evaleh is committed to providing quality products to our customers.
We strive to ensure that the products you receive meet our high quality standards. However if you do receive a product that is faulty, please call us to arrange free return delivery and an exchange or refund.
Should you discover any defects in your product, please contact us at hello@evaleh.co.nz on receipt of the item. When replacements are not available we may, at our discretion, provide a complete refund.

Free NZ shipping for orders over $80
For Efficiency we have set rates for local shipping & handling rates at $5 for orders under $80
International Shipping
We are currently only shipping to New Zealand, Australia, USA and Canada. We are expanding and will keep you updated.
Please note: the customer is responsible for any applicable custom fees or duties.
Australia
Orders to Australia are shipped with DHL with a set shipping rate of $35
Canada and USA
For shipments to North America we provide set rates.
DHL $45 NZD/ $33 USD
Your delivery time frame will depend on where you are located and when your order was placed. Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1 working day. We operate during business hours which are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
You can expect that items will usually arrive at their destination within the timeframe specified. Delivery to rural areas, areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or is held in Customs, may take longer. Because we use a courier and we do not directly control the shipping process, Evaleh cannot guarantee that your item will always reach its destination within the outlined delivery times frames.

Returns
We want you to fall in love with your Evaleh experience.
We offer 30 day returns on products that are purchased through www.evaleh.co.nz / www.evaleh.com if the products are faulty, damaged or in the case of reactions.
If your items are faulty or damaged we will meet all of our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Please get in touch with us at hello@evaleh.co.nz with a description, accompanied by a photo. Proof of purchase is also required.
To ensure your credit is processed, please return with packing slip, highlighting items to be returned, along with a reason for the return.
